My afternoon seminar for teachers and management of Ascham School in Sydney concerned practical and theoretical dimensions of three Dalton components: Study, Lab, and Assignment. I analyzed the implementation of these three elements in Dalton International Schools in China, with the special emphasis on using Social Constructivism theory and Timperley's Spiral of Inquiry to stimulate active and reflective learning. Such constructed implementation of evidence- based learning is undoubtedly increasing the effectiveness of students' own learning process.
