Dalton congress, Den Haag 22nd of May

May 22nd, Dalton International was present at the Congress in Den Haag. Roel Rohner and Agata Sowinska gave the workshop on the activities taken by Dalton International including new research, daltonizing new schools, creating new innovative projects. The workshop took place in two rounds.



Official Dalton International Conference in Germany 14-16 June

The German department of Dalton International is organizing a conference. In the program among others workshop from my authorial program. The workshop will concern "No more spoon feeding- self managment and independency development". During the conference the delegations from China, Poland, Turkey, Czech Republic will present their development in the field of Dalton education.

Implementation of a Digital Assignment

Coaching the team of teachers of English in the classroom. Implementation of the digital assignment in learning English for the youngest. The director of English section Xu Zhiling is in charge of coaching other Dalton schools in China in the process of implementation of "Let's Daltonize English" and other Digital Assignments. The school has created a linguistic corner to proceed the innovations.

Dutch Educational Fair in Utrecht

During the NOT , Dutch Educational Fair in Utrecht, we promoted our new material.

 The book"Let's Daltonize English" is an example of assignment-based learning and may be used as a "Free choice assignment" at schools during English classess.

First part consists of five subjects under the title 'Ecology Corner' with 48 assignments for each subject. The second part "Alternative Education Corner" conisists of serie of assignments for children to use while learning English.

The first 48 assignments about OCEAN will be available soon.

A new member of Dalton International

Today we certified the Dalton Primary ‘LORENTZ SCHOOL’ in Hilversum – the Netherlands as ‘Member of Dalton International’. The school is a sublime Dalton school in a monumental  school building.

The “Lorentz School”, built in 1930 in expressionist style to the design of municipality-architect W.M. Dudok.
