Agata Röhner
Dr Agata Röhner is an international executive leader in progressive education, specializing in the strategic development and global implementation of the Dalton Plan. Her work spans Europe, Asia, and Australia, where she leads large‑scale pedagogical reforms and advises educational systems on school design, leadership, and innovation. As Executive Director of the Dalton International Foundation (NL), she oversees the global development of Dalton education and guides international strategy, accreditation, and pedagogical quality across continents. She serves on the boards of leading Dalton schools in China, where she co‑develops long‑term educational visions, supports system‑level reform, and works with leadership teams to build learner‑centered, future‑ready school ecosystems. Her strategic contributions shape the direction of Dalton education in Asia. Dr Röhner is a core member of the LEAD Research Institute at Wenzhou‑Kean University, an American university in China. Her research focuses on educational leadership, inclusive education, and future‑oriented pedagogy, contributing to policy development and evidence‑based systemic change.
