The importance of shaping pupils'abilities since early childhood

It is worthful to implement multiple intelligences during lessons. While my workshops I am very often asked by the teachers: what about cooperative learning while working with  introvert children? What kind of engaing techniques am I supposed to use, in order to encourage pupils with intrapersonal intelligence?

The Introvert- Friendly Cooperative Learning techniques will be discussed and presented in practice during my next workshop with Polish Dalton consultants in July together with the issue of differentiation and necessity to teach emotions at school.
